Edradour Miniature Whisky Edradour Ballechin 10 year old single malt miniatures come packaged with its cardboard tube box. It is regarded as the core expression from this label, and is bottled at a 46% ABV expression which is slightly higher than the usual 40% ABV for whisky but, which whisky enthusiasts prefer more. Edradour Ballechin 10 year old single malt small bottles contain spirit that has been aged for 10 years in both ex-bourbon and ex-Oloroso sherry casks. The whisky in non-chill filtered and demonstrates only natural colours, without the addition of artificial colourings. An Edradour miniature delivery whisky that has been characterised to be heavily peated. Starting with the nose, the aroma of smokey, malted barley fills up your nostrils as soon as the spirit is released. On the palate, the smokiness continues, this time accompanied by the subtle sweetness and creaminess of vanilla, with the sweetness of sherry trailing behind. The Edradour miniature whisky finishers with a lingering smokiness blended with the hints of distinct citrus showing through from time-to-time.
