Gabriel Boudier Liqueur de Poire Williams Miniature Presented with a considerably higher alcohol proof than most fruit liqueurs, the Gabriel Boudier Williams Pear Liqueur is bottled at 30% ABV. This spirit is from a brand that has been making high-quality liqueurs since 1874. Gabriel Boudier Pear liqueur is quite unique. Gabriel Boudier infuses the spirit with luscious pears using two methods. Half of the pears are distilled while half are macerated and later added to the distillate and left to sit for a full five months. The result is a liqueur with the rich and robust flavour and essence of the freshest pears. Gabriel Boudier liqueur is pear all over from the nose, to the palate, and all the way to the finish. The flavour has been characterised to be tarty with a very subtle hint of acidity. The intense sweetness and fruitiness may be best enjoyed by layering over cocktails.
