Chiarli is the oldest producer of Lambrusco and other typical wines of Emilia-Romagna. The winery adopts their own tested production method which enhances the wine’s characteristics and preserves its quality for longer. Grasparossa, meaning "red stalk", is appropriately named due to both the grape stalks and leaves of the Lambrusco Grasparossa Di Castelvetro clone turning red in the weeks leading to harvest. This is the grape that makes the boldest Lambrusco wines. This wine presents a deep red colour, vinous nose with fruity notes and is sweet to the palate. Vivacious foam with a deep pink tinge thanks to the long natural fermentation process. Best paired with traditional dishes from Emilia-Romagna or as a dessert wine.
