Grants Whisky Miniatures William Grants Family Reserve miniatures are bottled in the trademark bottle of Grants whiskies, the same ones that serve up another world-renowned label also owned by the company, Glenfiddich. William Grants Family Reserve mini holds blended scotch served at 40% ABV made for consuming neat, on the rocks or as the whisky base of the best classic cocktails. Grants whisky miniatures show off the golden amber colour of the blended scotch inside. On the nose, a deeply complex peatedness comes through strongly followed by the woodiness of figs and the delectable sweetness of malted barley. On the palate, the malty flavour dominates with another tasting layer created by subtle smokiness engulfed in toffee, honey and oak then topped with almond shavings. The finish is characterised to have weak smokiness with almond rendering a tasty ending. William Grants Family Reserve small bottles make fine party favours and exquisite treats for the alcohol drinker, whether or not with a palate trained with the taste of whisky. It’s also made for single enjoyment or for toasting with a small company.
