Kokoro London Dry Gin Miniature - 5cl Kokoro is an exceptional London Dry Gin with a truly distinctive Japanese Heart. Kokoro was inspired by a visit to Uncle Nic who lived in Japan for over 50 years. Whilst out walking in the forest with him one day he introduced us to the incredible flavour of the sansho berry. This amazing berry is used extensively in Japanese cuisine, the sansho berry has a distinctively earthy black pepper flavour with a piney, citrus finish. These amazing berries are only harvested when perfectly ripe and then rapidly frozen for freshness before being express shiped to the UK for distillation with juniper, angelica, coriander, sweet orange, almond, liquorice, savory & lemon peel.
