A refreshingly approachable sour inspired by the classic Peach Melba dessert. Fresh peach and raspberry, with vanilla and lactose bringing delicious, ice-creamy sweetness.

  • 3 x 330ml cans North Sea Stout 7.5%abv

Imperial Milk Stout ABV: 7.5% About: First brewed as part of the Seasons project with Cromarty, Fallen & Tempest, this is a big rich milk stout, balanced with savoury licorice and actual salty North Sea water, foraged by Matt’s kids with buckets.

  • 3 x 330ml cans Blond 4%abv –

Cloudy like a wheat beer, Blønd is a (relatively) low ABV session pint that packs in all the body, bitterness and tropical fruit flavour of a much bigger beer.

  • 3 x 330ml cans An IPA 6%abv

The winner of 2017’s Replicale competition, this was our interpretation of the challenge “Create a New Scotland IPA”. A mix of malted oats and barley, then dry hopped both during active fermentation then once fermentation is complete. A juicy, Starburst of a beer.
