Siderit Ginger Lime Gin Miniatures Gin Siderit is an authentic recipe London Dry Gin which is handcrafted in Cantabria, northern Spain from rye alcohol. The distillation is made by macerating twelve botanicals before double distilling take place in small 25 litre batches in a reflux fractional column still. A wonderful luminescent green in colour this delightful ginger and lime gin certainly has plenty going on in the glass. With plenty of bitter-sweet flavours bouncing around and a touch of juniper and spice floating about this rather unique gin is just waiting to be savoured.
