This artisanal distillation technique allows more of the gin spirit to come through. Sipsmith miniature gin London Dry, made from wheat, can only be expected to reflect the same gin taste that earned the palate and respect of London sailors back in the 1700s when Londoners first became passionate about gin. Delicately flavoured with 10 botanicals that include almond, angelica, cassia, cinnamon, coriander, lemon and licorice in the roster, this gin delivers a classic nose and palate with a distinct, complex taste made possible by the addition of carefully selected botanicals.
