Bottled at 43% ABV, it opens up to the aroma of subtle sweetness and citrus extracted from raspberries. On the palate, the raspberries remain mildly sweet with juniper coming to the fore as well. The addition of other botanicals and spices become evident as the gin glides with marked crispness, giving it a more complex, well-rounded character.
