  • Viticulture: • Sourced from Santa Rosa vineyard in the Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina – a region that is renowned for producing premium wine • Stoney and sandy soils in the region provide the perfect environment to produce soft and fruity Malbec
  • Sustainability: • Certified Organic meaning the grapes must be grown adhering to strict regulations regarding use of chemicals in the vineyards • Our winemaker is commited to environmental and social responsability from the vineyards, through the winery and for all employees
  • Vinification: • Grapes were hand harvested and left on skins for 15 days before fermentation. 50% of the wine was aged in French oak for 10 months
  • Tasting Notes: • Vibrant and juicy, packed with fresh cherry and soft plum characters
