Return Policy
As mentioned, it is a small shop going online, we work for the individual’s satisfaction, but still if we could not satisfy the customer requirements, we can accept the products in the original packaging that can be resaleable. Customer has to bring the product to instore or pay the return postage/transport to the store for full refund or replacement.
We are resellers, If the customer has any issue with the product, each package comes with details of how to contact the manufacturer or we can provide the individual product’s consumer hotline or other way of communicating with them upon request, hope that will resolve the issue.
We don’t sell any temperature-controlled products for delivery at the moment
