- Creation: It is created in small batches of just 300 bottles per distillation in a 200 litre traditional copper still and infused with the finest Scottish botanicals including heather, milk thistle, Scottish pine needles, hawthorn root and rosemary.
- Serving Suggestion: A classic Old Tom style gin, smooth savoury and 100% natural and sugar free. Serve with tonic and ice, and garnish with a slice of orange to bring out the citrus botanical, or rosemary to complement the herb botanical.
