This small batch special blend of White Port was created entirely for bartenders, but we’ve got our hands on some and want to spread the joy into your home and beyond. Move over gin, the classic Portuguese aperitif of White Port & Tonic is so hot right now. With White Port coming in at around half the alcohol content of its juniper-based compadre, this means you can enjoy twice as many of these little beauties as you bask in the sunshine. Graham’s Blend No.5 White Port even comes in a bottle that gives the craft gin market a run for its money. So pour 50ml of citrusy and blossom-scented White Port over lots of ice, top it with your favourite premium tonic and garnish with a slice of lemon or lime and a sprig of mint. Mwah, mwah. Summer in a glass. Crafted from Malvasia Fina and Moscatel – two grapes known for their aromatic qualities – in a medium dry and incredibly summery style, Blend No.5 White Port is crisper, fresher and more floral than its rivals. However, with only 1,000 cases made, you’ll have to be quick, else we might drink it all.
